The Studio Apartments have the following layout: A living room with sleeping area on an elevated level. A separate bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. A kitchenette with gas cooking, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker, sink, cutlery, china, and pans.

Since the Studio hotel apartments are located in a separate building without a reception desk, check- in and check- out is at the hotels reception.

There is a cleaning service 2 times per week which includes cleaning the bathroom, changing the bed linnen & towels and vacuum cleaning. Cleaning of the kitchenette ( dishwashing ) is the responsibility of the guest. Although the hotel offers a cleaning service, guests are expected to leave the apartment in a proper state on departure. Should there be the need for extensive extra cleaning the guests will be charged extra for this.
