The Studio Appartments have the following layout: A living room with sleeping area on an elevated level. A separate bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. A kitchenette with gas cooking, refridgerator, microwave, watercooker, sink, cutlery, china, and pans. On arrival there will be a one time supply of coffee and tea making facilities. Unless specified differently, breakfast is not included in the price.

Since the Studio hotel appartments are located in a separate building without a reception desk, check- in and check- out is at the hotels reception. For this reason we can not offer room service in the appartments.

Normally the appartments are rented out on a week or monthly basis only. Therefore we offer the following cleaning service: 3 times per week we change bedlinnen and towels. We then also clean the bathroom and vacuumclean. Cleaning of the kitchenette ( dishwashing ) is the responsibility of the guest. Although the hotel offers a cleaning service, guests are expected to leave the appartment in a proper state on departure. Should there be the need for extensive extra cleaning the guests will be charged extra for this.

Cancellation of a reservation of the Studio Hotel Apartments is possible free of charge up to 4 days prior to the arrival date.
